The Brantridge Way
The Brantridge Way - our expectations of all pupils in our School:
- Be ready to learn
- Be your best
- Ask for help
- Be safe
- Right place/Right time
The ethos of our School is demonstrated in the Brantridge Way. Across the whole School, we actively encourage and promote positive behaviour. Praise and rewarding such positive behaviour is a key objective for all staff.
The Brantridge Way is a huge incentive for our pupils. The boys strive to receive one of the five Golden Tickets that each member of staff can award on a daily basis, to recognise positive contibutions and interactions.
The Brantridge Way links in to pupils' target setting for academic and social achievment, as well as forming a key part of our approach to safeguarding. The Behaviour & Welfare pages of our website include more information about how we work to ensure the children in our care feel well looked after and are kept safe.
