Harvest Festival

25th September 2014

Boys visited St Mark's Church for Harvest Festival

On Wednesday afternoon, the school visited St Mark's Church to celebrate the Harvest Festival. The Reverend Gary Simmonds led the service and the boys listened attentively to his message on planting seeds.

Pupils sang 'We plough the fields and scatter' and particularly enjoyed singing what's known as the 'Harvest Calypso'. Various pupils, during the service, brought produce from home which will be shared with members of the local community.

Thank you to the parents who were able to join us.
