Progress Evaluation

Progress Evaluation

All key staff working with a child at Brantridge will meet on a weekly basis to evaluate a child’s development in our ‘Pupil Progress Meetings’. At this meeting, individual reading, writing, maths and well being targets are set for the following week as well as reviewing the child’s progress during the previous week. Each half term pupils will be assessed and allocated a level for reading, writing and maths and each term they will also be assessed for every other National Curriculum subject. In addition to these meetings staff set termly targets for each pupil in Individual Care and Education Plans (ICEP) which emanate from the areas identified in the Statement of Need. These targets are reviewed at the end of each term.
